Which browser should I install?

If you're that concerned, go read up on what google does every time you search for something. They log your ip, keep a list of things you google for, and add it to a demographic. Big brother exists, and his name is Google.

Chrome: ET, phone home. It's fast, but pretty basic and as far as I know nobody's really done much to improve it yet. If you insist on trying it out, you might check out the Iron version, which is just Chrome with the privacy issues resolved. :)

IE8: Blech. You can't really get rid of it, and as Eggs says some sites seem to require it. A lot of the time Firefox's "User Agent Switcher" extension can fool those sites into thinking you're running IE when you're not, though.

Someone's a moron. ANYTHING to do with Google, there are no 'resolved' privacy issues, thus Iron is not a Chrome product. There is not a single Google product which has 'resolved' privacy issues. Google makes your own CIA, NSA and FBI seem like the minor leagues. You have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Sadly enough, with my superior intellect, I do. Google is well-aware of EVERY SINGLE FAG PORN SITE you have ever visited.

This has to be one of the dumbest fucks I have ever not seen. Moron ADMITS Chrome is a piece-of-shit, knows it is loaded with spyware, that it sends everything about you, including the type of toilet paper you wipe you mouth with, straight to the Google servers, yet continues to use it. Nay, the moron even advocates its use. I grow weary of watching Americans grow dumber every day.

Dumbfuck, EVERY browser is vulnerable. IE is more so. I never touch the fucker. Never have, ever, even when Microsoft first introduced it within its OS. As the years passed, I was not the least bit astonished to learn that others, even so-called 'experts'. had felt that perhaps IE was not an ideal browser to use. When the experts were uttering this fact, I do recall my 'duhs' to the techies of the day. Further proof of my superior intellect.
