4/1/09 last day of holiday before back at work with only 6 days leave to last until april.

Damn

1/4/09: Was able to sleep in until 7 am, got up and fed the dogs, played with the puppy Sookie, then came to work. It was 80 degrees here yesterday, and now it's fucking 37. No wonder we all feel like shit. Good day, though. May got out to Babe's Chicken with some friends for dinner tonight. Haven't quite decided yet.

Jan.4: got all the decorations off the tree now..now to drag it down to the end of the street for the compost truck to pick up.....a melancholy task, must say.

5th Jan - Am slightly scared by Cassie. Was merely looking to see more about members, as new here. Information welcome though.

Am also trying to get to 20 posts so I can play in the Arcade. Feel indiscriminate spamming to achieve this end may cause more harm than good.

Jan.6/09: slipped on the ice going to work.
slipped on the ice at work.
slipped on the ice coming back from work.
took the ice chopper , looked around for someone to blame for this and kill, but the neighbours were wisely hiding so instead viciously chopped at the driveway, the sidewalk, and anything else in my path for about half an hour.
