Are you sure? Ish didn't tell me to press shift but my print screen key has a line through it and under the line it says Sys Rq. Someone else told me i had to press shift. It worked anyway.

They all have that SysRq thing(guessing it stands for system requirements or request), but shift isn't necessary on any computers I've used. It works while pressing shift on mine as well, but you don't need to.

Cool, I don't know very much about using a computer. Learn something new everyday!

20/1/07 - Woke up at 1:30, wondered about Big Brother. Turned on computer to read about Big Brother. Watched news specifically because there was a report about last nights Big Brother eviction that I saw anyway. Yelled "don't call him Nasty Nick, you sensationalist moron" at TV. Waited for TV Burp in hopes of Big Brother references(it's not like I'll even recognise the other TV shows). Looking forward to meeting with friends tomorrow and ranting about Big Brother.

1/20/07 - Frantically cleaned house all day when I overheard Wolfy invite someone over to hang before going to his Punk-Ska-Swing Party downtown tonight. Wolfy straightened out his part of the living room. Thinking about treating myself to a nice dinner and maybe a movie.

1/20/07 ADDENDUM: Meh. I stayed home. Too tired from all the cleaning. I'm enjoying the City of Infinite Delivery Food Choices instead, and watching my digital cable or raiding my DVD collection.

1/20/07 Saturdays are so boring for some reason, played Zelda, surfed the internets, chatted with friends.

Tomorrow I've got to mow the fuckin yard. I can't believe I have to mow in January!

Pressing Shift-Print Screen only copies the top most window to the clipboard. Just pressing Print Screen will grab the entire desktop. If there aren't any other windows open (like dialog boxes or error messages) then Shift-Print Screen will work the same as Print Screen.

I think.

EDIT: I am wrong. Alt-Print Screen only captures the top most window. Don't know what's up with the Shift.

night of 1/20/07:

rented Jet Li's FEARLESS - enjoyed in the comfort of my nifty recliiner with a glass of Italian red. Bawled like a baby at the end (but of course tried to snuffle silently whilst not looking at anybody). Got laughed at.

[^^re the yellow & green: was there a SCA feast or something last night?]

1/21/07 - Freezing out, chilly in, weatherman says we'll get our first real snowstorm this week, and the temps will go down to the teens by next weekend.

Stocking up on food, not planning on leaving the house much (as if that's different than usual)

Hi curiousa2z!

Well I'm gonna make him dress up like Link when he comes to visit.
