ZELDA GAMES RATED IN ORDER OF GOODNESS

I could have possibly rated it above Wind Waker and Majora's mask. I remember there being a chain chomp in it.

Yep, and you get to jump (Roc's Feather).

It was also the first where you could choose which two items you held in your hands (A&B buttons). I loved the bomb-arrows.

Jesus! I haven't played that game in over 10 years, but it's all coming back. Pineapple for Dogfood for Letter for Broom or something like that...

Man but that was a fun game. :/ Unfortunantly I don't know where it is, unlike my LttP which I run throw every couple years.

I went and played Legend of Zelda online yesterday when I was at my sister's house. They have FAST internet connection. Still fun to play. :)

I don't really see how Wind Waker and Twilight Princess can be reconciled, as they both seem to be follow-ups to Ocarina yet one has the world flooded and the other...doesn't.

MAYBE THEY'RE ALL JUST RE-TELLINGS OF THE SAME STORY.

Wow, that list is totally wrong in every way (but it was before I replayed Wind Waker and Majora's Mask, and Spirit Tracks didn't exist.)

BETTER BUT STILL COULD BE WRONG LIST

1) Ocarina Of Time (N64) - I'll give it the topspot just because it's a cultural milestone and also it's really good and even though others in the series improve on aspects of it, it still really feels like it should be number one.
2) Majora's Mask (N64) - When I made the opening post I hadn't played this game for six years or whatever. I finally played through it completely this year and it's absolutely awesome. The time limit isn't really a bad thing at all once you get the handle of it and adds to the gameplay in many ways. He the most involved, complext side quests of any Zelda game. Link does cool flips when he jumps. PLAY THIS GAME (play Ocarina first.)
3) A Link To The Post (SNES) - Yeah, I had this ranking right.
4) Wind Waker (Gamecube) - Maybe a bit high but this game is just so charming and likable. Look at Link's cartoon face. Look at Tetra. Look at Tingle. How can you not love it? If it had a few more dungeons and another big island to explore it would be perfect.
5) Spirit Tracks (DS) - Another one I only played this year. Big improvement on Phantom Hourglass. Has the best version of the Zelda character of any of the games. Lovely stuff.
6) Twilight Princess (Gamecube/Wii) - DON'T think this drop in rankings means this is a bad game, because it really is quite awesome. But because it's so big it does feel empty in places and there's a really annoying lack of sidequests (fun ones anyway) and compared to some of the others it a bit lacking in charm or something? Still great!
7) Link Awakening (Gameboy) - Have to play this one again. I remember it being great but also something about the dungeons being a bit frustrating.
8) Phantom Hourglass - This is good too!
9) The Legend Of Zelda - THE ONE THAT STARTED IT ALL.
10) The Adventures Of Link - Yeah, it's shit.

I'm glad you moved Majora's Mask higher because it really does kick ass. I was pissed at the time limit at first too, but like you said, once you get a feel for it, it's easy to manuever around. PLUS YOU GET TO TURN INTO COOL THINGS AND YOU HAVE MASKS THAT MAKE PEOPLE DANCE AND THE RABBIT EARS LET LINK RUN REALLY REALLY FAST
