I would normally agree with you, however he's too retarded to know when he's being trolled. I gave it a pretty good run last year, but it didn't go very far. When all of his accounts got DC'd he just set up camp and went right about his routine of calling himself the "new Jack" in the "new gutters". I honestly believe that the only way to remove him is if the admins intervene and ban him.
