^^No!^^ I was invited invited to ASVS by Dirk Funk/Tyralak after I tried to get Troll Kingdom to give me a sports forum. I eventually got me a forum here (Wax My Hummer) gifted to me by missmanners. What happened was Eggs, gave Venooker and Jeffrey a board, after they moaned and bitched about it. So the staff decided to ax our forums. Venooker and Jeffrey's had sub-forums. The reason I got my forum was to keep me out of Speak Freely. Then they create The Badlands<<<I was offered to be a MOD there, but I turned that offer down because I did not want to co-mod with jack or Dork Pickle. In between all that, I took over TrollVahllas sports section. I was then co-moderator at Spinnfippery sports forum with Donovan and Derskocka.<<Another failed board Venooker fucked up.

ASVS prides itself on the principle of free speech and open debate. As such, it's important that all members know what the staff is allowed to do and what they aren't. I do not permit the same kind of mod abuse we see going on at many other debate boards.

What staff may NOT do:
...Use or threaten to use mod abilities to retaliate against a member with whom they disagree.
...Delete and/or edit threads.

Technically, you weren't a member of ASVS when he deleted your posts. Seph already deleted your account (for which he was permabanned). Jack just mopped up the leftover shit.

I'm sure everyone remembers how I feel about bannings that, in and of themselves, are violations of rules and good faith. In this case, the one who did it paid for it. That's all the justice I would have asked for from WF in my case, and you got better than I got on that score. Suck in that aircraft carrier landing deck of a lip and deal with it.

As for letting you back on... nope. Maybe it was done kinda dirty, but it's done. Letting you on there again, that's a whole new deal -- and it sounds like it's "No Deal." Live with it, fuck knuckles.

Whatever! In my case I was promised to be let back in. But. As long as they aren't excepting new members and not posting<<I'm loving it. :bigass: ASVS is dead. RIP you squares! May the force be wit yah. YEAH.
