At the moment, there's no method that I know of. However, cases like this one may establish a precedent for legal severance of the parent/child relationship. If successful, it would establish the possibility that a parent can legally "divorce" a child who would impose a new dependent or dependents of her parents without their consent. (By the way, that is a prediction.)
Why does the fact that parents have legal responsibilities towards their child give them the right to decide whether or not their child has an abortion?
Because while the parents have legal responsibility, it is only fair that they have legal judgement. Unless you're okay with someone being held liable for actions they do not commit?
