Is this real life?
I liked the school dance story way more than the bulletin board story. Of course Annie was delightful, but for some reason I didn't find the concept that funny. And I'm sure they've done that kind of thing a few times before, where some that's unimportant in real life is treated like a political drama or gangster movie or whatever this was supposed to be.
Also, while it's nice having familiar faces, I don't see the point unless they're well used, like Mike from Breaking Bad is, but Robert Patrick and Nathan Fillion weren't. It was barely worth having them appear except as promotional tools in adverts. In the episode itself it was a case of blink and you'll miss them.
Anyway, I liked the bear stuff and Changs bit about no Asians being taken seriously. And I'd forgotten the GoT stuff til right now so I guess that didn't make a huge impact. Does Abed have a replacement Troy now? That study room table is starting to look very different!
