Not a good episode, but the part at the end that suggests that Echo & Sierra might be retaining their memories (when Echo slightly shakes her head at Sierra) is promising.

I think Alpha will turn out bo be Helo.

I also vote for more of Helo's neighbor. She's the hottest woman on the show.

Why is it that the show "Life" is consistently better than Dollhouse???
 
WAIT UNTIL EPISODE SIX, NOT THAT I'M MAKING EXCUSES FOR JOSS OR ANYTHING LOL.
 
^^But I thought "episode 1" was really episode 6, they just showed them out of order 'cause the real pilot episode made no sense??

I was reading some other Dollhouse discussions while TK was down AGAIN. There are people who want Echo to die and Sierra to take over! lol

There was an original pilot that has not been aired and will probably not air (but it'll be on the DVD), as the first episode we got replaced it.

As far as I know the episodes are being shown in order. Episode 6 is, apparently, where Fox let Whedon start to do his own thing.

Because Sarah Shahi is not just hot but can also act.

I think the show might actually be getting better. I didn't hate it! I don't think the acting will ever be great, but I sensed some Whedon wit now and then!

Topher still needs to die, and I like Sierra more than Echo. She's not as hot, but she can pull off the different personalities much better than whatsherface.
 
The lastest episode was pretty good. The main story was a lot more exciting than the previous one and it was interesting having Echo turn back into a doll during the mission (though she could still operate a power drill?) Having Alpha interfere with all her missions seems to be how they'll keep it interesting until more of her personality comes out.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dichen Lachman's acting too, I thought she was better as Taffy than Dushku was even. And I might be starting to find her melted face hot.
 
Nope, Sierra is still ugly. Much better actress though. Totally agree with Topher needing to die. He's bloody fucking annoying and not in a funny sense.
Overall, again, a decent episode.

Still like the Helo stuff best, probably. He's doing a pretty good job with some mediocre material. Wondering how long they'll keep Alpha in the game - just for this season or longer? Most likely, it doesn't matter since they won't get a second season anyway. :(
 
I don't get the Helo bits.. it seems pointless, except I know it's leading up to him one day having sex with Echo. If he'd throw his hot neighbor a bone, I'd like him a lot more!
 
Maybe it'll turn out the Russian guy ISN'T Victor and he has a twin brother who went off to join the Dollhouse!
 
Okay, finally caught an episode. Um...could Dushku be a worse actress? Especially the face she does for "Did I fall asleep?"

Other than that, I think it's got potential.
