Who's Locke? Apparently he's Vargo Hoat with a less cool name and without the lisp. Not sure why they do these changes sometimes but they annoy me.
 
Maybe they're afraid we won't be able to tell him apart from Varys since both their names start with a V :rwmad:

People on twitter and a TV show site that I read. They were complaining about the tease being not much of a tease.
 
Well it was the same last year (similar clip with Stannis saying "the night is dark and full of terrors.")
