Game of Thrones season 7

I don't think Bronn's one for taking risks when he's probably making plenty of money as Jaime's bodyguard (or whatever he is.) He wouldn't fight as Tyrion's champion against the Mountain because he knew he'd probably die.

Hot Pie is a baker now IRL!

All those people who wanted Jon and Dany to instantly start shagging the moment they met are going to be disappointed!

Okay, I was wrong about Tyene showing Bronn her tits again, thankfully. Lena Headey is really good at being evil.

Diana Rigg got to do good acting again but it's a shame it's the last time we'll see her. They should let the good actors live longer and kill the weaker ones (of coures Dany would already be dead then.)

Jorah's greyscale ultimately turned out to be pretty pointless? When GRRM started talking about greyscale a lot in book five people thought there must have been some important story reason, so when Jorah was infected in the show it was thought that was the show's way of exploring it. But...I guess not? He's just healed?

Why was Tyrion only revealing the details of the plans to take Casterly Rock now? Shouldln't he have told Dany all of that before Grey Worm left? (I know he was just doing it for the audience.)

Sansa: Bran, it's so good to see you again!
Bran: You looked so beautiful the night you were raped.
Sansa: ...so how's Hodor?

OH goodbye Lady Olenna :(

Maybe Dany will have to go north with Jon Snow and she'll get to see some white walkers OR SOMETHING. I'm glad Jorah is healed and Sam is awesome.

Bran is extra creepy now.

Will Dany take her squad to winterfell and help destroy the wights? (She has to rescue her unsullied from Casterly Rock first) With the Dragons, and sea faring skills of Ser Davos maybe she can put a dent in Euron's fleet. Nothing would garner support from the rest of Westeros like saving the world by melting an army of frozen corpses.

When Aryia returns to Winterfell will Sansa send her to Kings landing to assainate Cersi? (Maybe stealing the face of the short hair chick that doesn't blink at the sight of Jaime Laying in Cersi' s bed?) Will Bran drop the bombshell of Jon's parentage on Jon and Dany changing everything?

After Jaime's conversation with Olenna I'm more convinced he'll be the one to take out Cersi at some point.

Bran was touched by the Night King, breaking the barrier around the 3 eyed Raven's crib. So now that Bran has went back through the wall does that mean The Night King can breach that mystical barrier as well? Benjen made the comment to them that "the wall was built with magic". That definitely wasn't a throw away line. Perhaps the dead army will breach the wall, kill the Night's watch/wilding forces before Jon can make it back to Winterfell.

Maybe Dany, and Jon defeat the wights while Cersi's crazy bitchness defeats itself in Kings landing.

There's a magic horn that's said to be able to bring the Wall down in the books. But I don't think they ever mentioned it in the show.

7.4 'The Spoils of War'

Daenerys fights back. Jaime faces an unexpected situation. Arya comes home.

Yes it leaked online early but I haven't watch it yet because I PLAY BY THE RULES.

It's been said before, but the one area where the show always improves every year is the battle scenes. That was movie quality Drogon Burning People action. I don't want Bronn to die but I did kind of think "well, Bronn has to die here" when he kept going up against a dragon and living. Just for realism. But I think it was him who saved Jaime at the end so I guess they'll live.

Arya and Sansa were cute together. It must have been weird for Maisie and Sophie as they're best friends but haven't acted together since season one. Bran continues to be...Bran.

Yeah looks like they are going with Jon and Dany shagging each other.

There's no time for that sort of thing...

The battle was epic. Not just the ins and outs of what happened, but the lighting and environment were spot on. A real feast for the eyes, as well as being so tense because you really didn't want either party to win or lose. I've been convinced for a while that they'd kill off a dragon (it's dramatic, they're "overpowered" in gaming terms and having one is just as good as having three, really, since two of them never seem to fight anyway), so I was surprised Drogon survived.

Glad Jaime and Bronn survived, too, though I'm not sure how. There seemed to be something interesting at the bottom of that lake too.

The Arya/Brienne fight was really good too.

Not sure what to make of Bran now. Is he fulfilling the "every popular show needs an autistic guy" trope?

Fancy lad school! The battle was fucking brutal. It looked as good as the battle last season.

Loved Arya and Brienne sparring. It was great when Brienne realized she didn't need to hold back.

She must have still been holding back a little at least, because if she'd hit Arya full on with that big sword she would have killed her (even if it was a blunted practice sword it was still huge.)
