I, for one, hope it does not grow in such a manner, because it would then be deprived of a special charm, which you will not understand until it has thoroughly raped you.

Well, I post here too. :shrug: But I don't find this place as respectable.

And a lot of people give a flying fuck about it. More than TK, just based on the amount of activity and posters comparing the two sites. Hey, TK is cool, just a lot less to discuss, as well, I don't think anyone would argue that the quality of posts over at WF is higher than it is here. And that is speaking as a fan of both sites.

People who focus on the postcount lack a clear enough direction to be taken credibly. It means nothing, other than my balls are clearly bigger than yours.

I have found Wordforge to be a place that takes a good common sense approach to whole idea of message board communities. It finds a place for anyone who wants to be part of the community, but doesn't waste time making a bunch of new rules to deal with people who clearly don't want to be part of the community.

Plus there have been 2 succesful hostile takeovers of the board ownership. That's gotta be a plus.

Gagh is a tax inspector who's apparently dealt with the returns of people who make "in excess of £100K a year". He attended Brighton Polytechnic. He also got quite shirty when I commented on the obesity of a cricketer back at TBBS. In short: a chubby, bitter, public servant. Pay him no heed.
