I actually got a little choked up thinking of Merlin wandering around like a tramp knowing all his friends (and beloved king) are long dead. Poor Merlin.

Katie said in a new interview that she wishes Colin were more like Merlin. I think I see what she means.

Colin Morgan's accent sounds vaguely germanic to me.

Well that just goes to show what a good actor he is, because Merlin is really quite confident, wise cracking and English.

The shyness contrasted with his acting performances really intrigues me.

Maybe he just finds it easier to talk when everything he has to say has been written down for him.
