The writing on SDRR is terrible. It could be a good show, but instead it's a lazy sitcom. At least they do not insult our intelligence with a laugh track.
 
The Blindspot pilot is tonight, the one where Jaimie Alexander is covered in tattoos and left in a suitcase in the middle of the road OR SOME SHIT, anyway it's on at 10pm and I have nothing else so I will definitely watch it.

I didn't hate it, but it's just another procedural cop show dressed up with mysterious tattoos. Jaimie Alexander was lovely, of course. They guy playing FBI agent Kurt Weller (his name is tattooed on her back) is hot in a gruff tough guy way. They will probably drag out their relationship in a WILL THEY FUCK? kind of way.

It's like the Blacklist, minus James Spader and an underlying silliness that makes the Blacklist kinda fun to watch. (I don't watch it anymore, but I did for a little while)
 
Hopefully it means the end of "KERMIT AND MISS PIGGY BROKE UP LOL WE'RE PRETENDING THEY'RE REAL" stories on actual websies.
 
It's okay. The premise is a little stale (mockumentary a la Office/Modern Family) but I think they use it well. People will be shocked at the more adult words and attitudes on display OMG JIM HENSON ROLLING IN HIS GRAVE ETC but I was fully prepared for that because Hollywood can't not be a rapey whore.

It wasn't a home run but it was okay enough that I'll keep watching to see where it goes.
 
Heroes Reborn premieres tonight. YES I WILL WATCH IT OKAY SORRY. If it sucks I will stop, tho.

I watched the first hour of AHS Hotel, I'm not going to bother watching it this season. Not interested in creepy death by pointy plastic penis!
 
The ass rape scene was really fucking bad! I just can't take another season of bizarre sex death bullshit, and this season it looks like creepy sex is the main theme.
 
I watched it too. Moved really slow and all the deaths seem like they will be by matress or fingerstab.

Lady Gaga was okay. Matt Bomer naked is always a plus. Wes Bentley is weird. Kathy Bates got the shaft with an unappealing role this time.

Eh.
 
FX Picks Up Donald Glover's Comedy Atlanta to Series - TV.com

Butt Soup is coming back to television! FX ordered the hip-hop comedy Atlanta to series today, requesting 10 episodes to air in 2016. The show was created by Donald Glover, who played Troy Barnes on NBC's Community, marking the rapper/actor's return to the small screen. Glover will also star and executive produce, alongside Flight of the Conchords' Paul Simms.

Not much is known about Atlanta except that it will follow two cousins who make their way up the rap scene in the South. The material seems to fit Glover well, as he also has a burgeoning rap career under the pseudonym Childish Gambino.
