I saw a recent video of her, she looks quite different than in that old glossy publicity shot, but she sounds more or less the same.

Thats what I have been saying, so when things are put right at the end, we might see an enterprise with a bridge more close to what we are used to.

If they reset it at the end.
 
I imagine it would be hard for them not to, although they might go with a Homer/O'Neil "close enough" reality
 
Why would they reset it? Spock's only going back in time to stop Kirk from being killed as far as I can tell, so with Kirk alive and Nero dead at the end of the movie, no one will switch anything back. I doubt very much the bridge or anything else will look different at then end of the movie.
 
They could just have a caption flash up on screen for 0.08th of a second at the end of the credits reading "THE TIMELINE RESET TO FIT CANON LOL TREKKIES"
 
So they backpedaled, basically. "Oh, shit! What were we thinking? Star Trek is never going to be for the jocks, the emos, the cheerleaders and the under-the-bleacher sluts! Fuck! It's always going to be for Star Trek nerds! And we're about to alienate even the Star Trek nerds! Quick, somebody think of something!"
