I had to put on warm pants today.

Things are now thawing.
 
That's what I thought. Instead it's parked at 32 degrees with 24 hours of freezing rain so far. And it's time to take The Dog for her afternoon walk. :/
 
I'm pretty sure I can't take 3 more months of this shit.
 
How come winter never seemed as bad when you were a child?
 
Ice has gripped the Eastside of town. Lots of public transit issues.

Because our moms packed us in half a dozen layers of warm clothing and we were too distracted with snow days off from school and throwing snowballs at our friends and neighbors.
