You don't see there's much evidence that religion is contrary to life?
Ever heard of the Crusades? The Inquisition? How about Salem?
How about the persecution and mass murder of European Jews by Christians from 306 to 1945?
How about the Christian persecution of "Satan worshipers" and other heretics 1450 to 1792?
How about the massacre of the Armenian Christians by the Turks during 1915 & 1916?
Shall I go on and on and on back to the beginning of recorded history?
"So Joshua smote all the country of the hills, and of the south, and of the vale, and of the springs, and all their kings: he left none remaining, but utterly destroyed all that breathed, as the LORD God of Israel commanded. And Joshua smote them from Kadesh-barnea even unto Gaza, and all the country of Goshen, even unto Gibeon."
Joshua 10:40-41
yes....but wat about Judas?
Ethnic conflict.
So what's the source of ethnic conflict FBI?
"as the LORD God of Israel commanded"
Religion does get invoked to justify horrible things a lot of the time, and it has caused some horrible things all on its own, but it isn't in itself "against life."
Is political philosophy contrary to life?
