In the area I live in, that is a lot for a house.
 
This isn't California. In California my house is worth about $2 million. Here, it is worth $120,000. Is why I live here.
 
I have enough for the down payment.
 
My house payments would be just over $2,000 a month.
 
I could make that.
 
Don't think I could afford the insurance, taxes and utilities on it though.
