The Mysterious Death of Loktar

Episode 1: The Dock at Darkness

Loktar rushed down to the dock.

"Good you showed up" said a man

"I had no choice, did I?" asked Loktar

"No you did not" said the man

Loktar looked at the man.

"If you don't do what I want, I'll reveal your secret" said the man

"Like hell you will" said Loktar, as he reached for a gun.

The man was too quick and shot Loktar dead.

"Guess you should have just given me what I wanted..." said the man

...

Three Weeks Later

Cassie and Tisiphone at on the nude beach looking at dongs.

"These are some fine dongs" said Cassie

"Yeah!" said Tisiphone

Cassie and Tisiphone were on vacation, and The Nude Beach was exactly what they needed. Naturally they wore clothing, this only made the natives HOT TO TROT for the lady detectives.

A man walked up to them, now he was in a full on suite, and not naked.

"Hello ladies!" said the man

"HEADVOID!" shouted Tisiphone

"What brings you to our beach?" asked Cassie

"Detective Dr Dave referred me to you, I have a case that he thinks you two might be able to help with. Loktar has been killed!" said headvoid

"Loktar,oh no! What happened?" asked Tisiphone

"Well, he was at the company I represents beach house in Maine. He was shot and killed" said headvoid

"Any witnesses?" asked Cassie

"Just a neighbor. She saw Loktar go down to the dock, a man was there. The man shot Loktar" said headvoid

"Well this sounds like a case for the Cassie and Tisiphone DETECTIVE TEAM!" Said Cassie

"Great!" said headvoid

"TO MAINE!" said Tisiphone

Episode 2: headvoid's employer

Cassie and Tisiphone had flown to Portland,Maine. The flight was uneventful for the most part, athough the conga line to exit the plane was confusing at best. A problem arose however in that the local airport in the town they were headed was closed due to a large influx of geese.

"You'll have to take the train" said a local man with his MAINE accent.

"Are you sure we should take advise from a man dressed as a lobster?" asked Cassie

"I don't see how we can't" said Tisiphone

The Two Lady Detectives boarded the train and were in there sleeper cabin.

Tisiphone opend the door to their private bathroom and discovered something.

"DR DAVE!" Said Tisiphone

"Hello!" said Dr Dave, sipping a gin and tonic

"How do you...?" sputtered Tisipone

"MAGIC!" said Dr Dave

Cassie and Tisiphone noded.

"Actually, I'm on vacation. I'm headed for Canada!" said Dr Dave

"We would have flown in to Port Corfgart, but the airport was closed due to geese" said Cassie

"FUCKING GEESE" said Dr Dave adding "I may have to swing back around once my vacation is over and kill the fuckers"

Cassie and Tisiphone then told Dr Dave about the case they were on.

"And headvoid didn't tell you what company he was working for..hmmm" said Dr Dave

"Yes I thought it was odd, but the murder of Loktar still warrants looking in to." said Tisiphone

"He didn't tell me what company he was working for either, but I looked into it" replied Dr Dave, handing over a file folder to Tisiphone

Tisiphone read the file and handed it to Cassie who inturn read it.

"Pengin Jerky Inc." Said Tisiphone

"What connection would Loktar have to such a company, he likes pengins" said Cassie

"Why I will never understand" said Dr Dave

Episode 3: "Maps!"

Cassie and Tisiphone said goodbye to Dr Dave and got off the train in Port Corfgart.

Port Corfgart was a typical coastal Maine town, full of fishing boats and copies of Murder She Wrote Books.

"I think first we should make out way to the house where the incident happened" said Cassie

"Yes, I agree" Said Tisiphone in a british accent.

"Do we know where the house is?" asked Cassie

"No...I think we need a map" said Tisiphone

There was a comotion nearby and a man was waving something around.

"MAPS, MAPS, I GOT MAPS, YOU NEED MAPS, MAPS!" said the man, apparently shouting at nobody in particular

"That can't be.." said Tisiphone

"Yeah...it is...it's Bickendan" said Cassie

Cassie and Tisiphone walked over to Bick

"Hello Bickendan!" said Cassie

"MAPS, HELLO!,MAPS?!" said Bick

"Yeah we need a map..." Said Tisiphone

"LOCAL,REGIONAL,MAP!?" asked Bick

"Both would be good" said Cassie

Bick hurriedly set his briefcase on a local park bench and pulled out a map and handed it to Cassie.

"Thanks, how much do we owe you?" asked Cassie

"Nothing!" said Bickendan

"YOU SIR, STOP!" said a Policeman running towards Bickendan

"MAPS!, YOU CAN'T HAVE THEM!" Said Bickendan running off.

"Two things come to mind. One that was weird, and two it's odd to see a park bench and not see Loktar tied to it" said Cassie

"Yeah" said Tisiphone, looking at the map in Cassie's hand.

"Best get a move on I guess" said Cassie

In the distance shouting could be heard "MAPS!"

Indeed. Even I don't my fate in this story. I've learned not to mess with/tempt fate, as it may lead to being tied to park benches/spy cars.

Episode 4: The Beach House

Cassie and Tisiphone walked towards the beach house.

"Nice Beach House, might have to buy it and turn it into a house for my collection of plastic egg not containers" said Tisiphone

"The dock is around back, I bet the police missed some cluses" said Cassie

The two lady detectives walked down to the docks, it was calm, except for the sea, that was rough, a storm was approaching the south east.

"Hmm...good place for a murder" said Tisiphone

"Yeah, it's fairly isolated." Said Cassie

"Yeah...good place for a murder" said a voice from behind

Cassie and Tisiphone turned around to look at a man.

"My gawd" Said Cassie

"You...You would show up here" Said Tisiphone

It was Old Man Hambil

"Yeah...back in 73, 3 cottages over...boi crikey" said Old Man Hambil in a reedy cracked voice, with a maine accent.

"Did you see anything?" asked Cassie

"Heard something, shouting, I was fishing for sand, arguing...the man who lived here, nother, yep, heard something, yep" Said Hambil as he woundered off

"There might be more witnesses...we should get to town and get settled, we should contact our internet researcher Tomtrek" Said Cassie

Episode 5: The Village has eyes

Cassie and Tisiphone walked back to town.

On the way they sensed somebody was following them.

"Something is afoot" said Cassie

"Yeah..." replied Tisiphone as she got out her knife

Both ladies swong around, but nobody was there.

"We best get to the hotel and get in contact with Tomtrek" Said Cassie

"Right" said Tisiphone

...

"Sir, our agent in the village has reported lady detectives Cassie and Tisiphone are on the case of Loktar" said a short man, with a cane.

"I did not anticipate their presence here..." said the man in the shadows, adding "but they will have to be dealt with"

Episode 6: Fucking cats

Cassie and Tisiphone arrived back in town, but things were strange.

"it's way too quiet" Said Tisiphone

"Yeah..." said Cassie going for her knife

"I feel like were being watched" said Tisiphone

Tisiphone saw a flicker of moment.

"What was that?!" she said excitedly

"I didn't..." Said Cassie but she was intropted

"Meow" came a sound.

SUDDENLY cats were appearing from every direction, some jumping off roof tops and onto the lady detectives.

"FUCK!" said Tisiphone as began swinging her machete at the hord of cats.

"AHHH!!!" said Cassie as she was scratched

The lady detectives ran for the inn, both now having rached for guns and were firing at the cats.

"MOTHER FUCKERS!" shouted Tisiphone

They made it to the inn, both ladies breathing heavely.

"What the hell" said Tisiphone to the Innkeeper

"Ah, aye, they thought you were lobsters, the cats 'round here, they love lobster" said the innkeeper, who's name tag said Freddy Fingerton

"Uh huh" Said Tisiphone.

The ladies got up to Cassies room to chat, before a well needed rest.

"Something's up about this place" said Tisiphone.

"Right, I agree. I think we need to get in touch with Dr Dave, were gunna need some help." said Cassie

"And we should avoid talking in these rooms" said Tisiphone adding "they might be bugged".

Episode 7: Getting an RV.

Cassie and Tisiphone walked to the beach where they could talk privately.

"I checked my room for bugs, only one I found was hidden inside a magazine about tacos, I'm guessing your room is also bugged" said Cassie

"Bet your right, we need to call Dr Dave, and have him send us the RV" said Tisiphone

Cassie placed the call:

"Dr Dave here" said Dr Dave, gun shots could be heard in the background

"Dr Dave, something is off about this town, I found a bug in my room, and I think we were followed at one point, we need THE RV" said Cassie

"Sure, I can have that dropped shipped there this afternoon" said Dr Dave, more gun shots could be heard in the background.

"What's going on over there" asked Cassie

"Oh you know, gun fight with geese. Anyway, NO YOU MOFOS, GET BACK..." said Dr Dave as he could be heard firing off some shots, he continued "I gotta go, JESUS NO LOVE CHILD DON'T RIDE THEM!...I'll get the RV to you today, play it cool ladies, Dammit Love Child, I OH, HELL" Said Doctor Dave.

The phone clicked.

"We'll have the RV today. Dr Dave was in some sort of gun fight with geese." Said Cassie

"Why was Dr Dave in a gun fight with geese?" asked Tisiphone

"Who knows, anyway, I think we need to start interviewing the townfolk" said Cassie

"They may not tell us anything, let alone the truth" said Tisiphone

"Yes, but as Sherlock Holmes might say, their lack of answers could be equally revealing" replied Cassie, as he looked up towards the town and away from the beach.
