Why yes, a shortened last season of the flash is the best time to have an episode with almost no flash.
 
Haha, they had to get rid of Barry so they could have a lighthearted episode. NEXT ONE WILL BE EXTRA BARRY POOP FACE.
 
WTF was that? We spend half the last season with Batwoman now we lose an episode to Nia from Supergirl? Not Frost and abs again?

Would be nice to have some flash on the flash.

I did not recognize the nurse, but now that you say it I do recognize her. I thought she looked familiar!
 
Thank god they didn't bring Oliver back and have Barry die in a meaningless episode that you forget as soon as it ends.

At least they finally remembered Wally exists!

Jessie Quick was hot they should bring her back.

All I wanted out of Oliver's return was "YOU HAVE FAILED THIS CITY" and I got it so I was relatively happy.

They have the worst parties. Barry moping on the balcony, the two police chiefs having a social justice argument, and then MOHINDER (still hot) shows up and puts the zombie goo in everyone.
