Why didn't Ice Abs use his powers when he was fighting the other four? Can't get stabbed if you're made out of ICE.

Is Batwoman only the villain because the actress was under contract for a certain number of episodes of Batwoman before it got cancelled and they had to use her or something? Not that she's a bad actress, it just seems random.
