Gym shorts for running. The heat is rising and I dread the sun rising. I'll be soaked in early summer sweat, miserable and awake.

How far do you run? I quit running when I left the service, but I try to walk every day now.
 
I walk also. Can't run anymore. My ankles lock up.
 
I've always enjoyed walking. Gives me time to think.

Yeah, but I bandaged it. I figure a week or so and it will be better. I woke up with every bone in my body aching. Did I get a huge bear hug in my dreams?

If I met a bear in my dreams, I would most likely not hug it.

I did lose a thumbnail once swordfighting when I was a kid tho.

Took a month or so to grow back, IIRC.
 
The bear must have found me.
