The Walking Dead season 7

I think the actor's pretty good, it's that Negan has to talk SO MUCH that it gets annoying and boring and you start thinking "why doesn't someone just kill him?" And yeah it hurts that he's so skinny and not an imposing physical presence like in the comics.

Was that last episode really good, or are just fooled into thinking it was really good because it wasn't boring as hell for once?

I think they purposely have six episodes where nothing happens so that when they do an episode that actually feels like a proper tv episode it seems great.

That goofy speech/story Rick told Ezekial was unnecessary, and stupid. I think they get a little silly, and whimsical with the Ezekial stuff.

That's a fair argument.

And it was a good episode. It was the mid season opener, of course it was.

Clotheslining zombies, Jesus, a king and a tiger. Can't go wrong. I liked that it was a bit dumb and didn't take itself so drearily seriously. The worst, worst episodes are when it's trying to be a contemplative drama with something to say.

The list of people who'd died was probably unintentionally funny too. I would've liked it if Morgan had broken down, yelling "oh god no, not Olivia, why did they take YOU!?"

Rosita being a bitch happened right after Abraham died. I think she deserves to be in a shitty mood. He was probably the only thing she had in the world and she watched his brains get smashed in.

I think Eugene is definitely pretending. He's gonna destroy the Saviours from within, with the help of Dwight. It's gonna be Eugene's time to shine the rest of this season.

2017: the year of the mullet.

He's doing what it takes to survive. I think if there's a way to fight back that he knows has a good chance of working he'll go for it, but he's not going to take any crazy risks for a while after seeing Negan burn the doctor to death (which was a stupid thing to do since doctors are pretty important in the ZA.)

It's really obvious that they don't want to do the big fight with Negan this season so they're padding the season out so the finale can end with Rick saying "NOW WE FIGHT" (and then the next season premiere the fight is delayed again when something else happens.)

Zombieland did "killing zombies in a fairground" better.

Rosita's going to get Sasha killed so she can film Star Trek.

Whenever the fight occurs I hope that weird group who talks like mongoloids all get wiped out.

It's like the writers got together, and asked "what could be sillier than King Ezekiel? I know! Junkyard tards."

They're really obviously cannon fodder for Rick's war, yeah.

Remember when everyone from the Governor's town got in a bus together and they all died?
