Might have something going down Sat night, but beyond that me an Anne and free. Wahine said she was going to be pretty busy and probably couldn't make it.

You hear anything from Podgers? There is also some Noob (Peach Wookee... from TNZ I think) saying she's from Seattle I thought about inviting.
 
Peach Wookie is from TBBS; old-timer there. Conservative, but reasonable about it. She's OK in my book.

Gah. The manual for the car says not to drive at a constant speed for the first thousand miles. That could make the trip up a bit of a pain in the ass, but certainly not a deal-breaker.

We figured Lanz to be a reasonable guy. To my memory he's never done anything to make us believe otherwise.

I don't know. I may have a PM from Hood about it but if he wants to say anything he can do it here.

I do, however want to comment on Elwood's post, linked to upthread.

There's some spinning going on there. He makes it sound like there was an incident, Hood got spanked, and then some time later he went ahead and did it again. But I think both "incidents" happened nearly simultaneously and they are breaking it up to make Hood sound that much worse.

At any rate it stinks. So we'll see how long people stick around here. :S:
