Trolling Ex Isle. Was it a success?

They're supposed to help you lose weight. I guess you're not supposed to drink the whole six pack in five minutes.

Six-Pack.....hell, he'll drink a whole case in that amount of time.

All the EI topics are blending together anyway. It's hard to tell. ;)
 
That can be a problem. Once I had to back button a post at EI because I thought I was here.
 
Well, it was either fruity drinks or that little green guy on space balls.
 
Belly dancing and aqua aerobics fixes all kinds of problems.
 
Aqua aerobics keeps weight down and improves flexibility. From injuries in my youth I've got some arthritis in my lower back and hips. Shortly after I started working on the camel walk, every knot in my back fell out. It was like somebody took the vise grip off.
 
I'll have to look into that E, - I've got problems in the lower back and hips myself. My right hip goes out so much that I've become expert at putting it back in. I do a lot of yoga to keep what limberness I have left, and belly dancing helps too, but any thing more is always worth checking out.
 
Oh, I love aqua aerobics. We've got an indoor pool at the local rec center so I can go all year. Keeps everything toned too. The best looking guy in town does lane laps before my class. He always wears a speedo and was meant to. I was out for about two months last year after surgery. When I went back to the pool he told me he'd missed me. I about fell over - didn't think he even knew I existed. Come to find out he wears them speedos just for me. Gawd, I love cute young men!
