I don't mean a Joe M. I just like them a bit more fleshed out. Even I look at Alcide sometimes and think "There's just no fucking way".

They announced that season 5 will premiere Sunday, June 10 at 9PM ET, and that there will be 12 episodes. It will be Alan Ball's final season as showrunner, after which he will just be a creative consultant.
 
huh. I guess after five years he has enough money to cut back on his time commitments to the show.
 
now that makes me sad, deviating from the books in this regard....the bond between Pam and Eric transcends sex or anything: she is literally his child. He would never doubt her and she would never do anything to harm him or cause someone else to harm him.I hate that they are diluting that. Wish they'd left that relationship alone.
 
I'm with you on that, ladies.
I hope they're just putting on a show for someone else, like some AVL person or something. OTOH, the writers already messed up with the "You endangered my Sookie go away" shit, so :(
