Under the Dome

I'm embarrassed to admit this after bitching about this show so much but I really enjoyed that last episode. I hope the government is going to pay for all the land they destroyed around the dome with that MOAB.
 
CBS will be staying Under The Dome beyond this summer. At the top of its TCA presentation today, the network announced a second-season renewal for the series adaptation of Stephen King’s novel to return next summer. King will pen Season 2′s opening episode. “This is the way television should be,” CBS Corp CEO Leslie Moonves said. He touted the blueprint the network followed with the series, which could be done on a lower summer license fee thanks to strong international sales and the deal with Amazon, which aired the episodes four days after their CBS premiere. “It’s been a great new model,” Moonves said. Under The Dome, originally developed at CBS’ sibling Showtime, has been a strong ratings performer. After a big premiere, which soared to a 4.6 rating in 18-49 and 17.8 million total viewers in Live+7, it kept steady. Its ratings have been on a growth path for the last two weeks, most recently drawing 2.7/8 and 11.4 million in the fast nationals last week.

I know I used to rag on the Chenbot because I think she looks like a tranny, but she is pretty funny on The Talk when I'm forced to caption that show.

I really tried watching Under the Dome, but it hasn't really sucked me in. It seems like a cool concept, and it's sci-fi (sorta) so you'd think I'd be all over it. NOPE
 
It rained in the first!

I hope Angie meets a nice man with a foot fetish who'll look after her and treat her right and all he askes in return is that he gets to tickle her feet for 30 minutes each day (it's me I'm the man.)
 
The pregnant woman was a bad actress. Why is half of Rachelle's street outside the dome? Why were the houses still standing after the bombing?

They tried to do the Lost "Locke finds the hatch" scene THEN later did the "Locke is upset after Boone dies" scene with Forehead being upset, but instead of the light coming on in the hatch we get...an egg.
