WF and EI are polar opposites. EI is hyperoverreactionary and paranoid, giving out warnings for cursing and the like. WF is very jaded. In fact, most WFers are trolls themselves, and you'll see a lot of intraboard hostility. There aren't really any bannable offenses, except hijacking a staff account and divulging personal information, and even that is enforced really loosely.
 
I don't have the energy for a place like EI. I don't much enjoy being at anal-retentive neurotic places where I feel like I have to walk on eggshells.

It's odd thinking that Lonaf can be thought of as a WF-Lite :?

Of course, being a Lonafite, I like to think there are substantial differences between Lonaf and WF.

Interesting, the items included on this list as the things which caused world chaos. Especially since the economic destruction was caused not by a half-black president, whatever that is supposed to imply, but the half retarded president that came before him and the more-than-half greedy bankers and Wall street types currently STILL in charge of making right what they fucked up to start with.
 
Ever been to a church ladies' function? Know the two or three who think they know everything and know exactly what you need to be doing? Know the one or two who think they're more educated than the rest and try to act like shepherds to the rest? Know the surly, quiet old bitch who occasionally spits out some vitriol and the others pretend to ignore her? Remove the religious aspects, and that's EI.

Interesting that you assume I fault Obama for the economic problems of this country. Actually, I blame Americans for the economic problems in this country. I blame them for maxing their credit out, racking up interest charges on a debt they've incurred for stuff they no longer have - like a pizza or a pair of shorts. I blame them for living beyond their finanacial means with a house payment and a car payment or two that they really can't afford. I blame them for whining that they have to pay for their visit to the doctor - that the government should tax everyone to pay for their medical care - yet they have a new car and a big house payment.

Or, worse, they whine about not having any money but they don't work and they sit around all day posting on the internet on some message board. I understand it is a bad time to be without a job out there. Then they should try something else - start their own business, get a grant to go back to school to learn a new trade. Do something constructive instead of living in a constant pity party and demanding the rest of the country pull their ass out of the fire. It doesn't seem to matter to them that the rest of the country has their ass in a fire too.

I'm sick of the assholes bitching about the greedy bankers and CEOs and businesses, etc. Excuse me, but the person who was making $30k a year and bought a $400k house and is now losing their home was just as greedy as the bastards that sold them the house.

Actually, I blame all the assholes out there who take no responsibility for the situation they now find themselves in. They point fingers, hoping to shift the responsibility to someone - anyone - else. They will never improve their situation because they will never stop doing what they did to find themselves where they are now. They will just point fingers at someone else next time.

Further, I'm sick and tired of the assholes in this country that continue to blame George Bush for every damn problem there is, was or will be. Get a fucking grip.

Yeah, and we should blame all the millions of those people who got laid off and can't find a job. It's their own damned fault! Because when you can't pay your bills, finding the money to start your own business or go back to school (because grants don't grow on trees) is SO easy. Not to mention that the schools out there are doing shit like rejecting everyone because their funding has been slashed.

I've quit going to the 7-11 in my neighborhood too. Why? Because the last time I went in the employees were chatting to each other in Mexican, their radio was blaring Mexican music, and the chick greeted me at the register with "Comb esta." I said, "Excuse me. I've walked into a foreign country. I meant to shop American," left the items on the counter unpaid for and exited the store.

You have a 7-11 run by Mexicans? I've never seen that. Almost without exception the 7-11s I've seen have been run by Indians or Pakastanis.
