The Question
Eternal
You can't win this, Jack. Try though you may to buck reality, reality is not on your side, here. The case has merit. It has substance, backed as it is by literally 4/5ths of the states of the union. SCOTUS isn't going to just toss it, like you hope they will, and the facts are on the plaintiffs' side -- those four states, as a matter of fact, altered their voting rules unconstitutionally.
That's a fact. That's why the case is a matter of law, not a matter of fact, because the facts of the case aren't even in dispute.
If SCOTUS rules in accordance with the Constitution -- which is all but assured with ACB on the bench now -- those four states will either see the power of choosing their electors passed back to their GOP legislatures, or see their electors vacated.
Either way, Biden loses that 270. Then it goes to Congress for a procedural election, in which case the Congressional Republicans, who outnumber the Congressional Democrats, hand the election to Trump.
Don't believe me now. It's more fun if you believe me later.
But nah. You just keep your indoctrinated pedal to the dogmatic metal. Slam into the brick wall that is reality.
