Star Trek 12 news/countdown thread

Detonated the fleet? DETONATED?!?! That's very poor grammar & word usage isn't it? WHAT does that even mean? I know what it's supposed to mean, but that usage of that word is like how Garak described the Tal Shiar to his pappy Tain, SLOPPY!

Anyone think maybe Cumberbatch will be playing Harry Mudd?

I would seriously LOVE a Mirror Universe feature film. "In a Mirror, Darkly" was an amazing two parter.

Trek 12 will feature a newly reimagined (& character assassinated) Harry Mudd, who'll be the Abrams Trekverse's Lex Luthor (think Gene Hackman's portrayal), who'll be Trek 12's antagonist/villain.

Trek 12's prologue will show 1996 Earth and Khan & Co. being expelled from Earth aboard the Botany Bay. Trek 13's primary villain will BE Khan & Co. Harry Mudd will be second fiddle/supporting villain/comic relief in Trek 13.

Here's a scene from right near the end of Trek 13:

"Harry Mudd, Ruler of Pacifica, activate the machine!"

Terence Stamp would be THE ONE to play Khan in that situation/scenario. But unfortunately he's probably too old now, except maybe voicing it over. I can't think of any Terence Stamp clones who could play Khan in that situation/scenario:(
 


Why don't they just call it STAR TREK INTO BATMAN BATMAN, FUCKING BATMAN, THIS MOVIE IS LIKE BATMAN.
