DOCTOR WHO IS FUCKING BACK TONIGHT (post in this thread about Doctor Who [please])

Great episode, only niggling problem is how it would ever be possible for the future doctor who has already escaped the pandorica to give Rory the screwdriver he needs to open the pandorica, because if Rory never has that, which he shouldnt, because the Doc is still in there, than how is it ever opened for Rory to be given it.

The same way John Connor was born.

I need to watch it again too to make sure I picked up on everything. It was rather technobabbly, which is normally a bad thing, but everything seemed to make sense, so I didn't mind. I'm glad that there are still questions left hanging for next year.

Only thing I didn't like was Amy wanting to kiss the Doc during her wedding reception. It wasn't in an "oh, I've missed you" way, it was a "c'mon, hotstuff!" sorta way. Why do they keep going back to that? No one wants another companion who fancies the Doc.

Hmm. Interesting.

Sales of Fezzes 'skyrocket' in wake of Who final episode.

Selfridges of London have reported that sales of their Fez Him, Fez Her range of hideous ethnic hats have gone up significantly since Saturday's Doctor Who finale, in which Matt Smith's character frequently wore one.

"We used to sell about one a year, but so far this week we've sold three. That's a massive improvement. Is it really newsworthy, though?", said a Selfridges spokespersonman.

Matt Smith is the 11th actor to take on the role, as we're obliged to point out at the end of every bloody article on the subject. P.S. I like totally banged your mum last night.

Do you think that might have been a joke Whisky?

I loved the episode, and I thought Matt Smith did pull out a very good performance. The story was a bit rushed but held together overall. I think Moffats assertion that he has to play to the mass audience not the geeks is a fair one.

Stephen Fry can watch the South Bank Show, I enjoyed it.

I watched Rivers arse a lot. (apologies for derivative Wacky joke)

I CANT BELIEVE NOONE TOLD ME NEIL GAIMAN WAS WRITING AN EPISODE!!!

These are facts that require their own individual thread, nay forum, nay I say their own FUCKIN REGION IN SPACE AND TIME.

Excited.

I am busy inventing a tube that allows you to take one of those hats out of the bottom, and lines another one up for next time.

I call it a fez dispenser.

So, I got impatient and downloaded the last two episodes which have yet to release here.

Pretty good. I have the same problem. Rory couldn't get the Pandorica open in the first place to release the doctor. So, that little time hiccup doesn't work. Also, why imprison the doctor? Why not just kill him?

Anywho... Here's a fun image for everyone. I thought this moment needed some immortalizing.

I am excited to view these episodes, and yet too lazy to download them.

I liked the last one to air in America, in which Dr. Who proves to be swell at soccer (aka "football").

He's got Galifreyan reflexes. Did you see his daughter hippity hopping through those lasers in that one episode? HOLY SHIT she was hot.
