It would appear that they are awaiting HF to explain everything by emaiing the admins at EI. Maybe they are trying to save face now. It may be that they will reinstate his account as soon as they get an email from him.

HF for his part is sticking to his principled guns in not wanting to kowtow to the powers that be at EI and humor their demand of an email.

I wonder what would happen if someone copies and pastes HF's side of the story which he posted here and email it to the EI admins. You know...since they refuse to admit that they actually read TK let's give them an "out".

Uhhh, yep. That's basically it. They'll deny it forever, and get pissy at anyone who calls them on it, but yep.
 
HF will have to cross every "T" and dot every "i" in extreme detail if he wishes to make a plea to be reinstated. It would have to be air-tight, because, basically, if there's even then tiniest hole, they'll find it.

As for the comment about Rhea, well, she's already broken EI rules. One of them being bringing up business from other boards, such as my sig here on TK. And I'm not talking about the "Happines is a warm gun" one. ;)
 
Hehe, well since they obviously put so much stock in email addresses I suppose anyone e-mailing them with any permutation of my real name would peobably be accepted as me...

Although since they won't accept that it is me posting here at TK why would they accept a hotmail addy as "proof"?

Surely I'd need to show three forms of ID and have a credit check done...

I have been posting on TK since before the fall of the Slipstream and Gode sure as hell knows that.

Intentional ignorance... you'd almost think he was a... troll. :P

Bah, finally found the character limit on the karma.

Anyway, as I was saying a simple e-mail would likely get me back onto EI, but there would be a next thing and another after that. LoP can say he likes me all that he pleases, but he is in the minority on EI and especially on the staff. He also knows me to be the hard headed sonofabitch that I am. If he truly desired me to be at EI he would e-mail me or even put in an appearance in this thread. Neither are likely. He knows my story and he knows that I don't waste my time lying to people.

Most of the fucktards in that thread over at EI either don't know me from back in the day or they never have liked me.

They certainly seem to have forgotten what I'm like...

BTW, G23847 is all for seeing me crucified for this minor transgression but I wonder what the rules say about wishing other members misery and painful death?

My signature over at EI shows a nice quote that he made that clearly indicates that he wants both for me. Yet no one even said that was inappropriate at the time, let alone warned or banned him.

I hope you do get in, HF. You may be a son of a bitch, but you also have very good qualities as well. That can not be ignored either.

I'm steppin' back from that thar thread since I don't want to piss off the staff and possibly make things worse for you. They claim they will be fair, and willing to listen to your explanation. I'll give them that chance. It's fair. I just think that the suspension was just waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay overkill.
 
I predict they are milling around in the SL, wringing their hands and daring one or the other to go in there and lock the thread.

Both of you.. I resent the given here that I am or was known for trolling other boards.

Name the boards I have trolled. I was labelled a troll solely for defending myself at the Slipstream from Lisa's onslaught of rules after she took over.

Most of the other members hadn't noticed because they were like the proverbial frog placed in lukewarm water as the heat is gradually turned up to the boiling point. I, however took a break from the SS because my work demanded it. Before I left there was no Lisa, upon my return I found the place set up with barbed wire and nazi's complete with german shepherds.

Speak up a little and you're a fucking troll.

When phrases like this are repeated and taken as granted it's no wonder everyone thinks I'm the god damned devil.

Meh, looking for more to respond to at EI...

I was going to edit my question back to just include TK, but Gode replied before I could. I don't think speaking up for yourself is wrong.
