There's a rumor that 5 will die.. either in the season finale or just in this entire season, different people say different things. I haven't read any of the interviews with whatshisname.. ANYWAY who do you think is going to die?
 
I think Charlie is going to buy the farm after volunteering to fix the underwater beacon. They've been playing up to that.

Rumors I'm reading is that there's going to be a major fight between the 815ers and the Others, so that's where some of the casualties will be. Tom's been shown less and less, so he's a candidate. A good stroke of tragedy would be Alex dying. I think also Locke's dad Cooper will die.
 
I hope Alex doesn't die before she gets to meet Danielle.

The previews for The Brig look kick ass, can't wait.

Are you kidding? She keeps fucking, and every time the subject of what happens to pregnant women on this island, the camera cuts to her. I'd be amazed if she weren't pregnant.

And we all know Sawyer's fertile. ;)

ETA: something just occured to me... besides Sun, two other women on the island indulged in poor man's polo, and both died soon after... Shannon and Ana Lucia. I wonder if those were hints of what was to come.

I just listened to the producers on a radio interview. They said the show was over the hump and speeding downhill fast, and the rest of this season would be nothing but answers. The last two seasons would be more revelation than questions as well. Things are picking up.

Small spoiler for next episode:
the 815ers will divide into two groups, led by Sawyer and Jack.
 
I haven't watched the latest episode so I'm skimming over this thread until I do and avoiding spoilers. Do we know if they're going to shoot for 5 seasons or is the buzz on finishing at the end of 4?

5 is the ideal for syndication so I would be surprised if they they didn't want to reach the 100 episode milestone at least.

Anyway, I better go find that torrent...
 
So they've decided on 5 seasons then? That should be just about right.

I have a feeling it's going to be difficult waiting 'til January for new episodes after this season's finale airs.
 
The producers sat down with ABC earlier this year and locked it to five seasons... that's one reason things have been picking up lately. They now have a definite time frame.

Yeah! Fucking January! That's a pile of crap there.

One consolation: after the season finale, there will be a special where the producers will go through all the mysteries solved and point out the answers for the dumbasses.
 
The Brig rocked! I thought it was funny that Cooper thought he was in hell.. then when he was about to tell Locke, Ben said they'd worry about that later. I was thinking.. shit, no way are they really in purgatory or hell.

I can't believe Jack is being all secretive like the fucking Others... what is it that Juliet wanted to tell Kate? grrrr! I'm starting to think Juliet is only playing along with Ben, for some reason. Probably thinks it'll get her off the island. And wtf? Sayid tells Kate about Naomi and Kate right away runs to tell Jack? She must've got hit with the stupid stick. I wonder when the split happens who's side Kate will be on. She obviously still has a thing for emo Jack, for some reason.

They answered a bunch of questions, but they also created some new ones at the same time... which is a good thing. Now I want to know more than ever what the Others are up too. Looks like from the previews we will find out a bunch of stuff, when Ben lets Locke in on some stuff. OH and I wonder what Danielle is gonna do with all that dynamite.
 
Cassie, I think not only is Kate still in love with Jack, I think she has a great deal of loyalty to him for his behavior ever since they hit the beach. That's why she went back to him and told about Naomi and her story.
