I am not a huge fan of peas, unless its PEA CASSEROLE! You gotta have frenches onions on that BY THE WAY.
 
Dr Dave, what kind of peas have you NOT LIKED? I'm thinking you don't like the mushy English peas from a can, PROBABLY. If you ever tried some fresh black eyes, conks, crowders, zippers, purple hulls, cream, ETC ETC... you'd probably change your mind and say BY GEORGE THESE PEAS ARE THE BEE'S KNEES.

Yeah the stuff from the can sounds about right as to what I've had.

I'm gunna use that line in The Tisiphone & Cassie Detective Team Adventure next time I do an episode!

The taunting is over. It snowed again last night AND THE PERENNIAL WHITENESS RETURNS.

I am drinking coffee from Hawaiian beans I ground and put through the French Press this morning as a nod to a Dexterish state of mind and a sort of quasi compensation.
 
Oh man, I love Hawaiian coffee. My great aunt moved there last year, and she sends us coffee now and then. I can't afford to buy it!

Well, he was trying to get the bull wire off the BULL PEN (we no longer have cows) so I could use it in the garden, he was pulling those giant staple thingies and one let LOOSE. I thought he was gonna pass out.
 
The weed that BIT me is called "heartleaf nettle" :rwmad: My foot, and leg still burn!

OR maybe it's burning nettle. They both look similar in Google images.
 
I actually know someone here who stings herself on purpose with nettle. She thinks it has healthful properties. hmmm...Not exactly sure where she got that from: nettles contain formic acid, the same acid that ants use to sting...whatever. I've run into thems when I've been weeding and like Cassie said,they bloody well burn!
 
These heart leaf and burning nettles feel like wasp stings! Part of my foot still tingles a little :rwmad:

Curiousa2z, I read that some people intentionally sting themselves with nettles because it helps with their arthritis. Apparently the nettles' venom takes over the nerves or something? I DON'T KNOW.

Today, I planted 10 tomatoes, a fuckton of okra, Dr Dave's onions, and one row of zippers. Still have a couple rows of zippers to plant, the cranberry beans, and the squash. I HOPE I DON'T DIE.
