Watched them both again tonight, realised something I hadn't before.
How the hell did the van go forward in time with them?
Most of them were holding guns which never made it though time, but two ton of volkswagon camper can go through?
Also how can Juliet be under the hatch when everything under the hatch was sealed in concrete?

The Swan was supposed to have imploded when Desmond turned the key, so it does seem like a bit of a goof that there was space for Juliet in there. But they just HAD to give her another death scene.
Maybe whoever controls the time travel (GOD?) didn't let the guns travel forward. The fan went forward because Hurley was touching it, like how the rafts went forward last season (remember when they kept time jumping in the rafts and at one point someone was shooting at them? WHO WAS SHOOTING AT THEM?)

Maybe whoever controls the time travel (GOD?) didn't let the guns travel forward. I actually wanted Jack to give Sayid that pill! Why the fuck didn't the "too good to speak English" douche bag tell the Losties what's going on in the first place? They've all been on the island for a long time (some longer than others), Jacob sent the Losties to the hippie temple, they think they're serving Jacob.. so why would they feel the need to continue holding the Losties AT GUNPOINT without giving them a little information? They should know by now that our Losties don't take kindly to being imprisoned and bullshitted, especially after all the bullshit they've already been through! Sometimes I think they're being mysterious just for the sake of being mysterious.
Josh Holloway was awesome in this episode AND ALL EPISODES IMMMMMO.. His grief for Juliet was nearly sob inducing. ALSO I would like to make him feel better COME HERE SAWYER. I was wondering when Kate would get around to letting someone know she was actually planning to look for Claire. I don't like what the previews for Sawyer look like next week. If EVILocke kills him I will be PISSED.
OH and this episode was about Kate, there were lots of nice shots of Kate's eyelashes. Claire almost had her baby.. and I think she's going to keep him. I noticed a few times a look on Kate's face like she almost remembered something.. when she saw Jack at the airport, and when Claire said the baby's name was Aaron. So I'm thinking the two timelines or alternate realities or whatever they're called are going to start merging soon.

I don't know, it seems like they're still gaining momentum or building up steam for this season. Seems like more questions are being asked...
ALSO the date on Claire's sonogram was 10/22/04, about a month after the original 815 crashed OR SO THE INTERNET TELLS ME. Probably doesn't mean anything.
AND.. I guess Sayid isn't Jacob after all, but what is he infected with? How did Claire get infected?

Meh. It feels like we've done these types of episodes so many times before. Lots of mysterious cryptic bullshit being chatted which manages to leave you with the tiniest possible amount of information in the longest possible amount of time. So Kate is running around helping Claire have her baby, ect. Amazing. Move on already. The episode dragged and considering we're in a final stretch here you have to ask whether this is really necessary posturing.
I mean how long did they spend stretching the plot developments out here?
OK, Sayid might be this posessesed/infected/claimed bad guy but he doesn't know it yet but if this "thing" gets to his heart "everything" will get infected with "something" and that's bad. Please give pill, kay? Don't ask what's in pill. No. No. No. No. DON'T TAKE IT!. OK, it's poison. Oooooo.
