Art's partner is a bitch. She can DIAF.
Rachel's definitely the clone kept by the Neolution people (I guess you'd call her a control subject?), they said as much in dialogue. Considering she knows they're all property, I wonder what her motivation is for getting them all to play ball. The contract was a clever way to subdue them... maybe Rachel knows what'll happen if the secret gets out? Presumably, all evidence would be destroyed.
Alison killing her neighbour really stretched credibility for me. Especially as it was dealt in such a comical way. I get that she's been driven to her wit's end by the whole situation, but I just find it hard to believe she'd do that, especially when the end was in sight and she should've started to calm down a little. It was bad enough when she tortured Donny, but I thought they pushed it too far here.
Donny burning those CDs and particularly his phone conversation always stuck in my head, so I wasn't too surprised that he was Alison's monitor. But I will be very surprised if Delphine's still working for Leeke. I'm not sure how much of that is based on the facts and how much is based on me just really liking her and Cosima as a couple and not wanting it to be fake.
Mrs. S is a conundrum. The whole thing about her being in the underground in '80s Britain was really convincing, so I'd side on her being truthful on that front. I can only think she worked in the cloning group, but became disillusioned at some point. Maybe it was what turned her in an anti-establishment type. The cloners are some sort of government op, right? I can't remember what it was, but Art said something to that effect.
Helena dying will be a loss to the show, but I was getting annoyed by her erratic behaviour. She started to redeem herself a couple of week's back when she let Kira go, only to go and kill her mother over some bullshit supposed responsibility for cells dividing in her womb!
