Orphan Black

OMG

I think this might have been teh best season finale for any show I've EVER seen. Seriously.

PROCLONE! Rachel may or may not be the original, but at the least, I think she could have been the control subject. You know, the one kept in the lab for observation not contaminated by living out in the world like a normal person. WHO KNOWS?

Fucking Alison. I can't believe she let Ainsley choke to death. lol. I still love Alison. She's so freaked out by everything. I wonder how different her life will be from Sarah and Cosima now that she signed the contract. Also, BAM! Donnie is her monitor. I believed Felix and Alison when they thought Ainsley was the monitor, but I never could forget Donnie burning the stuff in the case, and the phone call he made afterword - it just didn't make sense if he was burning big boobie pornos. We should have suspected him all along!

I wonder if Delphine really is on Cosima's side, or if she's faking it. I want her to be on Cosima's side and all the tumblr shippers BELIEVE in her, but I think it is too soon to tell. I hope Cosima doesn't die from whatever illness she has!

I guess Helena is really dead, and that makes me kind of sad. She was completely batshit, but I still liked something about her, plus you had to sympathize with her after finding out how abused she's been her whole life.

Now we're left wondering what Mrs S. is. Is she part of Neolution? Also, I feel almost positive that Sarah will find a way to work with Art next season. Hopefully his new partner won't be a problem for them. She's just as freaked out by seeing the clones as he is.

If Mrs S is part of Neolution, she dropped off the map when the babies were born since Max Headroom had no idea Sarah existed.

All the clones are the same age, even the proclone so I bet your theory is correct about her being the control subject. I was expecting her to turn around and have an older face, making her the original but I guess we won't be seeing her till sometime next season, if then.

And I doubt Allison signing the contract would make a bit of difference since they're all considered property anyway.

I've got a girl crush on Tatiana Maslany, she's so charismatic. She kind of reminds me of a young Helen Mirren.

Yeah, Art's new partner is a problem. I'm still hoping she gets sucked into the mystery and is a help instead of an obstacle!

Art's partner is a bitch. She can DIAF.

Rachel's definitely the clone kept by the Neolution people (I guess you'd call her a control subject?), they said as much in dialogue. Considering she knows they're all property, I wonder what her motivation is for getting them all to play ball. The contract was a clever way to subdue them... maybe Rachel knows what'll happen if the secret gets out? Presumably, all evidence would be destroyed.

Alison killing her neighbour really stretched credibility for me. Especially as it was dealt in such a comical way. I get that she's been driven to her wit's end by the whole situation, but I just find it hard to believe she'd do that, especially when the end was in sight and she should've started to calm down a little. It was bad enough when she tortured Donny, but I thought they pushed it too far here.

Donny burning those CDs and particularly his phone conversation always stuck in my head, so I wasn't too surprised that he was Alison's monitor. But I will be very surprised if Delphine's still working for Leeke. I'm not sure how much of that is based on the facts and how much is based on me just really liking her and Cosima as a couple and not wanting it to be fake.

Mrs. S is a conundrum. The whole thing about her being in the underground in '80s Britain was really convincing, so I'd side on her being truthful on that front. I can only think she worked in the cloning group, but became disillusioned at some point. Maybe it was what turned her in an anti-establishment type. The cloners are some sort of government op, right? I can't remember what it was, but Art said something to that effect.

Helena dying will be a loss to the show, but I was getting annoyed by her erratic behaviour. She started to redeem herself a couple of week's back when she let Kira go, only to go and kill her mother over some bullshit supposed responsibility for cells dividing in her womb!

Art did say something about them just getting a break and the case going to the Feds.

I think she gave Helena to the Catholic church. Not sure how Tomas ended up with her, maybe he was a priest.
