There is and only ever will be one Spartacus and he died of cancer. Fuck the rest of those faggots (no offense Eggs and others).

If Starz had a soul or was a half way decent organization they would have memorialized Whitfield by shelving the series.

Andy Whitfield is Spartacus. All these other slim shadys are just imitating.

I can understand your reluctance to provide hot studmuffin photogs. Perhaps now you can understand my predicament when viewing the endless girl pictures you guys post. I have no idea where to find the male versions and, hence, must rely on the kindness of guys to post or point. *sigh*

Jack promised me a full frontal picture of a truncated picture he posted here of a hunkalicious man-squeeze. Did he come through? No! He did not! He deflected my fervent inquiries by saying he couldn't remember where he found the picture. The pictorial equivalent of saying "I'll respect you in the morning."

New guy, Liam McIntyre. He's not as hot as Andy, but he's hotter in the show than he is in still images. He has BIG MUSCLES. I hope we see his dong.

Awesome indeed. The show is understandably very much in Andy Whitfield's shadow, as everytime you see Spartacus you momentarily can't figure out who he is, before remembering that there's a new actor because the original one died. You're basically taken out of the show every time the main character appears.

Still, I'm glad they continued. The writing is of the same quality as before and it's really a pleasure to see where they're taking the story. It's just a thoroughly enjoyable show.

THINGS:

"What's wrong? Did you lose weight?" took me a second to get that joke. Nice one, writers. :)

I should've checked all the cast changes... for some reason I can't think what the woman Sparty's with looked like before, or what we knew about her. I guess she was just another average slave girl anyway.

I don't remember Hangdog Aussie Twin's brother dying. I wonder if his rl brother is annoyed he's not in the show anymore.

Lucretia was creepy.

Kind of annoying that the one character who dies is someone we actually recognise, but that was a pretty crucial turn of events so fair enough.
 
I think the chick playing Crixus gf is also going to be someone different. Sparty's girlfriend Mira is played by Katrina Law (same girl as before).

Gannicus will be back, eventually. I wonder how long will have to wait for his HOTNESS.

One thing I found odd was that they did a flashback showing him, but specifically, a full frontal scene. I thought that was an odd choice. They could've easily cut off before that shot as well.

Maybe they figured we'd understand, OR maybe they thought we'd only have eyes for his dong.
 
I just mean I thought it was strange to use footage of their friend who died, but only shots of him naked. I guess they told his family they were going to, but it seemed a bit disrespectful to only acknowledge him by showing his rear and dick. Maybe I'm a secret puritan and I don't know it?
