Defiance

I hope they veer away from the noble savage thing they've started with Irisa and the other Irathients. It's probably too late, since they named Sukar's group "Spirit Riders".

I'm not getting that vibe at all, they "feel" more Slavic to me. Romani maybe?

It was part of the sex games they were playing. Trip had tape around his wrists. ALSO, it was a clever way to have her naked without showing her boobies.

So why did the alien criminal come back to help Bland Guy and Julie Benz? She was planning to kill everyone in the town a few episodes ago. And why did the wussy husband leave with her? Are was supposed to want to see their wacky adventures together?

Rynn came back because she said something like, you can't leave someone who has just risked his life for another person. She said the people living out in the wilderness have rules.

He's not bland! He played Richard Burton to Lindsay Lohan's Elizabeth Taylor in a TV movie. That's some important acting right there.

Yeah, I didn't think it was terrible. The thing that bugs me about the show is that the problem of the week is always solved so easily and suddenly, or SOMETHING. The guy at the end just deciding to take the fall after being reminded, again, about Irisa was out of nowhere. On the other hand, I like the ongoing storyline with the artifact. I guess what I'm saying here, is that I'd like more ongoing stories and fewer temporary problems that seem to be nothing more than giving Nolan something to do.
