Watered the garden BY HAND, MOFOS. I will have some delicious veggies, I WILL.

(Dr Dave, the onions haven't been in the ground long enough to start growing yet, I'm sure they're doing just fine)

we actually had a snow storm on Sunday. NO ONE WAS IMPRESSED. My cousin and I shared the blame as we both took the snow tires off in the delusional thought that APRIL WAS A MONTH IN THE SPRING. HA!
and you wonder why Canadians snap and become such awful psycho killers....

Planted a 1/2lb of black eyed peas, and 1/2lb of zippers (that's how much teh bags of seed weighed at the feed store, ok? :rwmad: ) ALSO I transplanted an eggplant that survived the winter, AND the onions are growing like crazy, PLUS I bought two crookneck squash plants. I'd like a couple more squash and maybe one more eggplant.

the early tulips are starting to poke up through the thawing tundra! Excitement.
May 24 is traditionally the time put seeds down.
Can you say "short growing season"?
