Week 3

Henry rushes for 151 yards, 2 TDs as Ravens hang on to beat Cowboys 28-25

Baltimore: 1 - 2

The Ravens (1-2) scored touchdowns on their first two drives. Baltimore was a play away from having to give the ball back to the Cowboys (1-2) leading by just three when Jackson had a clutch completion to Zay Flowers. The Ravens, coming off a trip to the AFC championship game in which they lost to Super Bowl champion Kansas City, were 0-2 for the first time since 2015.

Dallas: 1 - 2

The Cowboys have allowed 120 points in their past three home games, including a 48-32 wild-card loss to Green Bay in January that ended Dallas' 16-game winning streak at AT&T Stadium. Just as in last week's 44-19 loss to New Orleans, the Cowboys needed more than field goals because of their porous defense.

NFL Week 4 Power Rankings: How all 32 teams stack up
After three weeks of play, we are slowly getting an idea of how each team stacks up in our Power Rankings.

**********
No.16: Dallas
Per NFL Next Gen Stats, the Cowboys have picked up minus-74 rushing yards over expectation through three games, which is third worst in the NFL behind Chicago and Miami. In addition to the lack of attempts, the Cowboys' rushing game hasn't established any rhythm.

Jerry Jones: 'Very fair' to blame me for Cowboys' 1-2 start

Who's to blame for the Dallas Cowboys' 1-2 start? According to a poll from WFAA-TV in Dallas, the answer is pretty clear among more than 70% of the voters: owner and general manager Jerry Jones. Jones has taken the brunt of the criticism when things have gone poorly for the Cowboys since becoming the owner and general manager in 1989. Since the playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers in January, fan frustration has been high, with the Super Bowl drought now at 28 seasons. In the Cowboys' first two home games, against the New Orleans Saints and Baltimore Ravens , the fans of those teams came in large numbers and drowned out Cowboys fans.

The Cowboys' struggles have come in areas of concern entering the season: the interior of the defensive line and the running game. The Cowboys are last in run defense through three games, allowing 185.7 yards per game. They have allowed 464 rushing yards in their past two games. The Cowboys' running game is ranked 30th, averaging 73.7 yards per game, and their longest run of the season is a 12-yard gain by wide receiver CeeDee Lamb. The last time the Cowboys started 1-3 came in 2020, Mike McCarthy's first season as coach. They finished 6-10. Jones, however, stopped short of calling Thursday's game against the New York Giants a must-win.

Cowboys' CeeDee Lamb sorry for performance, attitude in loss

The Dallas Cowboys are on a short week heading into Thursday night's game at the New York Giants, but there has been a lot to unpack over the past few days with back-to-back defeats. All-Pro wide receiver CeeDee Lamb did not talk to reporters after Sunday's home loss to the Baltimore Ravens, a game in which he lost a fumble and dropped a pass and had what looked to be a sideline spat with quarterback Dak Prescott. On Tuesday, he was apologetic for his performance and how he handled himself on the sideline, saying he played "a big part" in Sunday's defeat. He also acknowledged his body language and attitude didn't "help the situation or the outcome of the game."
